"Ichnia Dairy and Canned Food Processing Plant was built on the basis of the Ichnia Food Product Plant, which was founded in 1958.

1958 - Foundation of the Plant

"Ichnia Dairy and Cannery was built on the basis of the Ichnia Food Product Plant, which was founded in 1958. After the collapse of the Soviet Union, the company, like most of the formerly leading enterprises in the country, almost did not work and fell into decline.

The many years of experience of our specialists have been supplemented by modern capabilities and technologies, while remaining faithful to the inviolable principle of producing quality products with traditional and favorite flavors.

2006 - Reconstruction and development

Since 2006, Ichnia Dairy Canning Plant has entered a new stage of development: the company has started large-scale work on the re-profiling of the Ichnia Food Product Plant and began a multi-stage reconstruction and complete re-equipment:

the production premises of the canning shop were renovated;
a storage facility for raw materials was built and warehouses for storing finished products were renovated;
major reconstruction of communications at the plant (sewerage, power supply and heating);
the administrative premises and production laboratory were renovated, and a staff service room and tasting room were built.

In the process of modernization, the company was renamed OJSC Ichnianskyi Dairy and Cannery.

Thanks to its innovative approach and the implementation of international quality standards, Ichnia Milk and Canned Food Plant has strengthened its position in the global market. High quality products and stable supply have become key factors in the company's success in international trade.

2007 - International market

As a result of the first wave of reconstruction, Ichnia Dairy Canning Plant was recognized as the fourth largest producer in the canned milk market.
In 2007, the company was certified according to the international quality management system standards ISSO 9001-2000 and started exporting its products to neighboring and foreign countries.

By implementing advanced technologies and adhering to high food safety standards, Ichnia Dairy and Canned Food Processing Plant has strengthened its reputation as a reliable manufacturer. Obtaining the HACCP certification confirms the company's commitment to continuous improvement and providing consumers with high-quality and safe products. This achievement has opened up new horizons for expanding export opportunities and strengthening competitive positions in international markets.

2009 - Production facilities

It is worth noting that the large-scale re-equipment and modernization of the Ichniansk Dairy and Cannery resulted in its recognition as the first among Ukrainian dairy and canning enterprises in 2007-2008.

The year 2009 was marked by the completion of the second stage of the company's reconstruction, which significantly increased the production capacity of the canning shop. In the same year, Ichnia Dairy Canning Plant was certified according to the food safety management system, DSTU ISO 22000:2007 (HACCP). The company's certification under the international HACCP* system opened up new opportunities both in the domestic and international markets.

Changing the legal form to a Public Joint Stock Company was an important step in the company's development, contributing to its sustainable growth and increasing trust among partners and customers.

2011 - Transformation into PJSC

In 2011, after completing the third stage of reconstruction of production facilities, the company changed its legal form to a Public Joint Stock Company.

This decision allowed the company to increase management efficiency and flexibility in making strategic decisions. The change of legal form to a Private Joint Stock Company contributed to more efficient use of resources and rapid adaptation to changes in the market, which ensured the company's further development and success.

2018 - Conversion to a PrJSC

In 2018, the legal form was changed to a Private Joint Stock Company.
