We need:

- shortbread cookies 400g

- butter 140 g

- cottage cheese 500g

- Iriska condensed milk from Ichnia

- 3 eggs

* mold diameter 24cm

Preparation ⬇️

1. Grind the shortbread cookies into crumbs (you can use a blender) and combine with the melted butter.

2. Put the biscuits in a buttered mold and form a cake with a glass.

3. Blend the cottage cheese with a blender until smooth or grind through a sieve.

Add the condensed milk and mix.

4. Beat in the eggs and beat again with a blender.
