There are no structural subdivisions separated on a separate balance sheet.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Description of the selected accounting policy<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>The accounting policies are based on the Ukrainian Accounting Standards and applicable regulations.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Extract from the audit report<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>The documents and information received for the audit enabled the auditor to form a complete picture of the real state of assets, capital and liabilities of Ichnyansky Food Product Plant OJSC. Based on the audit and the analysis of the indicators, the auditor expresses the following opinion: 1. The organization of the Company's accounting is carried out in compliance with the requirements of the current legislation, applicable regulations and UAS. 2. The financial statements of OJSC \"Ichnyansky Food Product Plant\" as of December 31, 2003 are based on the accounting records, which, in our opinion, are derived from the relevant source documents. 3. The financial statements in all material respects give a true and complete picture of the issuer's activities for the period from January 1, 2003 to December 31, 2003.2003, which in general really reflects the financial condition of the company, the actual state of assets and their sources, completeness of income and expenses, financial results of activity for 2003, except for the comments on the text of the opinion and the impossibility of verifying the facts concerning the auditor's non-participation in the inventory of balance sheet items. These limitations have a minor impact on the issuer's financial statements. 4. The auditor confirms the balance sheet of Ichnyansky Food Product Plant OJSC as of December 31, 2003, the income statement, cash flow statement, statement of equity and notes to the annual financial statements for 2003.
